imonosoft is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the App or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it clear exactly what you are paying for.
The QR-Tarmina app stores and processes the personal data you provide to us to provide my services. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and app access safe. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone. This is the process of removing software limitations and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. It can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and cause your QR-Tarmina app to work incorrectly or not at all. It should be noted that there are certain things for which Imonosoft is not responsible. Certain features of the app require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot be held responsible for the app not working with full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and have no data allowance left.
Please remember that the terms and conditions of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply when using the app outside Wi-Fi coverage. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data in connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. When using the App, you are responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you do not turn off data roaming and use the App outside your home territory (region, country, etc.). Please note that if you are not the bill payer of the device you are using the app on, you are assuming you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Along the same lines, imonosoft should check how the app is used, i.e. the device stays charged. imonosoft will not be responsible if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to use the service.
Regarding imonosoft's responsibility for the use of the App, when you use the App, we strive to ensure that it is always updated and correct, but we rely on third parties to provide information to you. It is important to note that imonosoft will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses that you may experience as a result of your complete reliance on this feature of the app.
At some point, you may want to update your app. The app is currently available for iOS, system requirements (and additional systems we have decided to extend the availability of the app) may change, and if you want to continue using the app, download the update is needed. imonosoft does not commit to constantly updating the App to work with the iOS version you have installed on your device and/or that the App is relevant to you. However, we promise to always accept updates to our application if they are offered to you. In addition, you can stop providing the app and terminate the use at any time without notifying you of the termination. Unless otherwise instructed by us, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the App and (if necessary) remove it from your device;
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Therefore, we encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
